The plan is to not talk while i'm on school grounds for two weeks, unless to teachers when necessary .
I am usually a very talkative, loud person, I like to crack jokes and vocalize for the sake of vocalizing, so I wanted to see if I could go through with this challenge.
Day 1-
Today was a half day, so I only had two classes to go to, so perhaps that made it easier, but it really wasn't that hard to do at all. I wrote on my hand the purpose of my project so I could just show it to anyone who was wondering why I wasn't responding. Everything was fine, I definately payed more attention than usual in class.
It was kind of boring, and as wierd as this sounds, I missed the sound of my own voice. I like being able to talk just because of the way talking feels in your throat.
There were also many opportunities for jokes that I missed out on today, which was the saddest part.
